Our client McCarthy Stone instructed APT Group Services Ltd to replace the existing wooden decking on 16 balconies on site. In line with legislation changes the wooden decking in place was no longer adequate, as such a fire rated decking was required. Our experienced personnel adhered to a strict programme plan from project management to delivery to ensure the works were carried out in time for our client as well as delivering a high level of workmanship.
