Congratulations Tony

Congratulations to our engineer Tony Liquorish who completed the epic Race to the Stones 2021 challenge in 1 day! The challenge requires participants to complete 100km over the course of the weekend and has been voted the UK’s Best Endurance Event for the past three years.

Lined with Bronze Age hill forts, Neolithic burial chambers and Roman river crossings, participants step in the same footsteps as travellers who lived over 5,000 years ago. Celebrated as Britain’s oldest path, your 100km route follows the historic trail past Wayland’s Smithy, Uffington White Horse and Barbury Castle before reaching the iconic ancient Stone Circle at Avebury. Follow in the footsteps of the Romans and write your name into the history books!
